Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a
nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a
"Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed
considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense
initiatives more successful? Can such an application of
science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable,
necessary or impossible?

Robert,
In my view it is pretty clear the case is not about
disarming Iraq. Nor it is about entirely and only about Saddam
personaly.
The occupation of Iraq is just one of the series of steps
the New Rome is taking to a New World Order. With possibly,
probably and even very likely fatal consequences.

These serious flaws in the UK report certainly
strengthen the reasons that the NYT suggested in The Case
Against Iraq http://www.nytimes.com/2003/02/06/opinion/06THU1.html
that
" The Security Council, the American people
and the rest of the world have an obligation to study Mr.
