Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a
nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a
"Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed
considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense
initiatives more successful? Can such an application of
science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable,
necessary or impossible?

"Rappin' Rabbit" reminds us (in his Bunny Way) that even
though people might seem to be very nice, we always keep our
distance, and avoid contact with people we don't know well.
Better safe than sorry!
And from this lyric --- "Here’s a golden rule You can
follow easily"

"" ... the passion in his State of the Union speech came in
the second half, when he turned to the war on terrorism and
the confrontation with Iraqi President Saddam Hussein,

is not evil," Bush said after offering a listing of the way
Hussein has tortured his own people, "then evil has no
meaning."

"" a human who admits from the very start to being a
betrayor of his own race
"" The two protagonists are soon given some information,
though, in scenes whose dialogue could easily be swapped
without much noticeable difference. In both films, the
protagonist recieves a phone call.
Film "" opens with darkness and the words: "In the
beginning, there was nothing."
"You wanted to find out what it is that makes us human." He
points to his head. "Well, you're not going to find it here."

Disarmament Diplomacy Issue No. 57, May 2001
Preventing Missile Proliferation
"" It is timely, then, to examine the current European
debate on missile defence: their concerns over missile
proliferation and how to respond to it, and their predilection
for missile defence of their own national territory.
