    Missile Defense

Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a "Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense initiatives more successful? Can such an application of science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable, necessary or impossible?

manjumicha: What's with you. Are you just itching to fight. I'd much rather have "Peace on Earth". Hate is such an awful emotion. why do you hate me? I'll pray for you and the rest of humanity. That's the best I can do!

I don't hate you, mazza. I am trying to "help" you in getting a bit better understanding of who you are and where you are at. Sometimes, harsh language is part of that process.

You have too much confidence in your and your country's righteousness when none, yes even your beloved republicans, are anywhere close to it.

Btw, there are many ways to "lighten up" but I would not use the Lord's name in vain joke to do so....that is another manifestation of your spiritual pathology called "cultural christianity".....the Good Book calls them the "lovers of themselves" that have "no fear of God".

Anyway to sum up, when the Lord returns, He won't come wrapped in American flag, your recommendations notwithstanding....I can assure of that. Hopefully you will be able to see it someday too.

How can you be so sure which flag Jesus will wear ,if any?

I did not use the Lord's name in vain. The parable of the stone is to remind us of his mother's sinlessness! The irony is that all too often individuals seem to take upon themselves the mantle of Jesus and make pronouncements on his behalf. I appreciate my failings and know that he does as well. I certainly appreciate your candor but maybe you should focus on your failings and not mine! I don't apologize for my feelings about the US. Until someone can show me a country which has lasted for 200+ years and achieved as much and cared as much and given as much I guess I keep clapping!

Lois believes Superman flies,
Superman = Kent,
but Lois does not believe that Kent flies
(because she does not know Superman = Kent)
