Missile Defense

Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a "Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense initiatives more successful? Can such an application of science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable, necessary or impossible?

Phillipines 1993 - Pope's Visit - WTC attack plans were found in the flat of a group of terrorists ..... now had this been placed onto database then the peculiar instances reported in from flying schools .... and the pre-warning ... SHOULD have made sense.

When does data become information become intelligence? When 'aware' and 'thinking' minds are applied!

The USA should have known, had the information, did know ...... but ......
