    Missile Defense

Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a "Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense initiatives more successful? Can such an application of science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable, necessary or impossible?

Read Debates, a new Web-only feature culled from Readers' Opinions, published every Thursday.

A fiesta of barnyard SOLECISM:

This exchange continued, off and on, for 2 days. Bwaark bwuk bwuk bwuk

Your failure to cut the muster here ... your incompetence ... none of my concern!

"Pass MUSTER" -- "Pass MUSTER" ! Got it ?Bwaark bwuk bwuk bwuk

Root of your "incompetence" -- comprehension ! Bwaark bwuk bwuk bwuk

Unfortunately for you I can cut the mustard .... you lose.

You may have learned that today, BUT you could NOT 'pass muster' in "Science in the News" ! Bwaark bwuk bwuk bwuk

That goes with "Irregardless," "hipocracy" and the rest [incl. Mme Lafarge/Defarge ]! Your "corpus" is also getting bigger ! Bwaark bwuk bwuk bwuk

you lose.

Back to schoolyard, eh ?Bwaark bwuk bwuk bwuk

From barnyard to school yard, dragging things from the former (or fArmer?] to the latter. Bwaark bwuk bwuk bwuk

I see you've been using the shovel I gave you. Keep at it, freddieboy ! Bwaark bwuk bwuk bwuk

Hope you pass the shovel soon ... you are obviously suffering as I bring you to penance.

Say after me "I must learn to accept other peoples' opinions, even if I disagree with them", then you will feel better.

There, that isn't so hard is it? No charge for that ... this time.

What else can we expect from a barnyard: Bwaark bwuk bwuk bwuk [The riff] !

Hope you pass the shovel soon ... The shovel was passed to YOU, freddieboy !

you are obviously suffering as I bring you to penance.

You see me "suffering" -- on the LAST day of this thread ? You must be thinking of your LEADER ! Get your eyes checked too by a barnyard doctor (or a Vet.).

What "penance," freddie"irregardless" ? Can't tell the difference between cantabb & rshow55, your esteemed leader ?

Say after me "I must learn to accept other peoples' opinions, even if I disagree with them", then you will feel better.

Repeat it yourself, freddieboy ! You need it more than anyone here. Learn to accept your mistakes, as "gracefully" as it may be for a barnyard. Still trying to spin yourself DOWN into the hole ?

The end's near: go figure, freddie !

There, that isn't so hard is it? No charge for that ... this time.

You must NOT want to make sense. Oh well, we tried. Can't teach an old dog...

"moore" is LESS, ass usual !

It's O-V-E-R ! Say good-bye !

cantabb - 11:57am Nov 14, 2003 EST (# 17697 of 17697)

Where oh where is the "anonymous moniker" lchic ?

Can't desert rshow55 the LAST day !

Come back....[even if you are NOT going to answer Qs about you and your sponsors -- we can figure out]
