    Missile Defense

Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a "Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense initiatives more successful? Can such an application of science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable, necessary or impossible?

Read Debates, a new Web-only feature culled from Readers' Opinions, published every Thursday.

Actually Cantabb, if Robert and Dawn decide to leave the forum you will become a Winner, and I will just concentrate on posting more on the application of thermodynamic principles to future defence postures ... where REAL solutions lay.

ITM don't hold your breath ... you and Bluey are appreciated here ... you're a hoot.

PS Bluey, thanks for your links. I do read them and I consider them constructive, even if we disagree anon.

Fred"Irregardless"moore:

You can't even use your own tortuously rationalized, cover-Y-A, definition {"Hipocracy"), can you ?

Who better "LOooOSER" than yourself ? [NB: "LOooOSER" for pointing out your deficiencies? And, Repeatedly ? May be you want to re-define "LOooOSER" accordingly: 'one who repeatedly points out your deficiencies' !

Who wants "your leaders" to leave ? I just want them to focus and provide evidence to support their claims. And, they have not, YET.

Veld-view !

Any one stopping you from crawling out of your schoolyard-barnyard ?

ultimately TRUTH outs : TRUTH has to be morally forcing : build on TRUTH it's a strong foundation

November 1938 | The great dictator, it seems, was quite the interiors wizard: "The colour scheme throughout this bright, airy chalet is light jade green.

"I really can think of worse leaders than Dawn and Robert. I really can."

Really, too funny, Mr. Moore.....you stand in favour of this terrible Forum abuse, shame on you. You contribute nothing whatsoever of value to any MD discussion...you bring NOTHING to the table. You show up only to attack Cantabb...best not to contribute at all if that's all you can do. If you can't think of better "Leaders" than persons who are mentally-ill, then you're in pretty bad shape.

"The removal of wetlands will allow high ENTROPY and thus disorder to build up on the continental US. This disorder has the potential to corrode the ability of the US to withstand external threats."

"The removal of wetlands...will allow....and thus disorder to...the ...US." WTF...???? Drain a Marsh, cause riots...???

Are you...uh...CRAZY..?? Mr. Moore...? Are you Showalter's brother..? Same problems..?
