Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a
nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a
"Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed
considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense
initiatives more successful? Can such an application of
science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable,
necessary or impossible?

War costs blamed for defence cuts
/ Richard Norton-Taylor / Wednesday October 29, 2003 / The
Guardian
The Ministry of Defence was under pressure last night to
explain how it was proposing to solve an unprecedented
financial crisis facing Britain's armed forces.
"Commitments are not being matched by resources, chickens
are coming home to roost," said Bernard Jenkin, the shadow
defence secretary, who predicted cuts in military spending.
"This crisis would appear to be the result of the
monumental costs of the Iraq war," said Paul Keetch, the
Liberal Democrat defence spokesman. "If the MoD runs on empty
for an extended period, long-term damage will be done."

More of the same C#CK-A-DOODLE-DO biggotry and continued
hipocracy as your raw nerve is touched yet again.
Not worthy of comment ... except that ... some spelling
mistakes can be useful and indicative too. Bigotry and
hypocrisy don't quite sum up your MO.
Oh, tell everyone again how you own the A-Z of words and
phrases in the dictionary that's always good for a chukkle.

Another call from the veld- barnyard !
What logic ! Pointing out more of your deficiencies touches
your 'raw nerve' 'yet again'. Does it not ?
How could it touch 'MY' raw nerve ? Learned this from rshow
School of Logic ?

How "useful"?
Actually, it is "useful" to ME.
"[I]ndicative" of YOUR problem that I can reach out touch
your 'raw nerve' with.
Bigotry and hypocrisy don't quite sum up
your MO.
Oh, something more ?
Oh, tell everyone again how you own the A-Z

for a chukkle.
You own a dictionary too, don't you ?
It's NOT owning one -- but knowing how to USE the words you
want to use. Parroting something (without knowing how to use
it) is just that.
Cheer up, this is NOT you ONLY or the worst of your
problems.
Rather, a good Chuckle !

Never coined a word, cantabb? No I don't suppose you could
comprehend anything that sophisticated.
Hipocracy -- attempts at ruling a forum by shooting from
the hip.
Biggotry -- attempting to make oneself biGGer by abusing
others and then denying that kind of behaviour is stricly out
of the barnyard.
I think I have summed you up ... there is no more to say.
You are clearly a legend ... in your own mind ... and
obviously nothing anyone can say will bring you back to
reality.
So ... nit on and C#ck-a-doodle-do and
Off with Rshow's REveramond head!
YAWN!

more dimwitticisms for the next edition of The Dimwit's

pairs, overworked words, popular prescriptions, torpid
terms, and withered words he can find (see

dimwitticisms).
