    Missile Defense

Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a "Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense initiatives more successful? Can such an application of science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable, necessary or impossible?

Read Debates, a new Web-only feature culled from Readers' Opinions, published every Thursday.

Can we do a better job of finding truth? YES. Click "rshow55" for some things Lchic and I have done and worked for on this thread.

"Quae cum ita sunt" Caesar's Gallic Commentaries

It's June 1st, Robketchpburger is on my ignore list and all is fine with the world. You we may not need regime changes if we can convince certain bully nations that it is in their best interests to eschew nuclear weapons.

Of course, when we launch our ABL {aka Death Star} we can fry them if they don't accept suggestions!

Yeah, I also MADE UP all the names, including my own, on the following units' registries:

By the way, The Berlin Brigade is actually part of The 101st Airborne Division...

Couldn't help but notice that rshow55, lchic, mazza9, and jorian319 NEVER ACTUALLY SERVED IN THE MILITARY UNDER ANY CAPACITY, BUT DON'T SEEM TO HAVE MUCH OF A PROBLEM IN ATTEMPTING TO DISCREDIT THOSE WHO HAVE!
