Technology has always found its greatest consumer in a
nation's war and defense efforts. Since the last attempts at a
"Star Wars" defense system, has technology changed
considerably enough to make the latest Missile Defense
initiatives more successful? Can such an application of
science be successful? Is a militarized space inevitable,
necessary or impossible?

I wrote to BMG Music and Amazon.com to let them know that
as long as they support PSYCHOPUNK's website, I'll never order
anything from them. I included copies of some of his choice
posts here. I suggest others do the same.
Just heard back from BMG - looks like they'll be bailing
out on our little spammer punk soon.

Bob Herbert (Editorial) has concern for people, jobs,
services, and the local_economies
""Two forms of help from the federal government are needed.
One is direct assistance to local governments to help
alleviate the disastrous budget shortfalls.
The other is an economic stimulus program that really
works, that boosts the economy and creates jobs through
investments in some of the nation's real needs,
rather than simply transferring trainloads of money to the
wealthy in the form of tax cuts.
Mr. Bush has no interest in such remedies.
Easing the economic struggles of poor and working families
in America is not part of his agenda. ""

So why did these same people vote him in?
Iraq Tractor_Trailers_Dollars whereas USA cash_logistics
involve 'trains'
Interesting thought.
If each dollar note is 'unique' has a 'unique' number, then
why not both barcode notes and place a small transmitter in
them.
Then when known denominations of monies jump into trucks,
trailers, undergo train robbery, or, fly through the air .....
a cancellation signal could be emitted making the electronic
paper - worthless .... which, in most cases, it already is!
-----
Can anyone explain why factory productions become over the
years - more affordable, whereas buildings are forever moving
away from afforability. Factory ready-made units of housing
just never caught on - did they?
-----
Chinese factories --- what are they doing currently, seems
China has cancelled cotton from Australia --- no cheap
t-shirts this year guys!
