    Missile Defense

Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI all over again?

The bloody revenge so many (most?) Americans are thinking of, no matter what it takes as a "colateral damage" (Orvell, where are you?) - that what is really a frightening fact. Exactly what I predicted analyzing the behavior and mentality of this society. This is a face of a "global moralist" invented the "humanitarian bombing" and punishing the other nations which do not reach the declared "humanitarian" and "democratic" standard of American "civilization".

35 countries had big civil population losses ... people and families are hurting globally. Those countries with a democratic civil structure aren't for blood letting .. they are for justice. The question is - who moderates the USA?

GI: showed one personality, then a second - more basic - less measured, above.

Money for radios sounds fine, but, is that for education or propaganda?

Money for the very basics of life, infrastructure, and survival are the real requirements. As i posted above .. take the value of a proposed MD onslaught and, rather than placing terror and fire from the night sky over the people ... use an equivalent amount to BUILD their societies.

Built societies become complex and interdependant. Built complex societies absorb people, offer them a livelyhood, enable them to decently support families ... and eventually strengthen people ... so they can look for truth and right-ness.

That any society be dominated by whacko extremists is a sign of ill health within it .. this applies equally to both Afghanistan and Middle East Countries in trauma .. as it does to America that persecutes people who ask that a focus on truth.
