    Missile Defense

Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI all over again?

ASSOCIATIONS BETWEEN "NAZI" AND "NAZI+BUSH" ON THIS THREAD

I've long been concerned about the influence of Nazis, including serious war criminals, on U.S. intelligence and policy. I expressed a piece of my concern in a statement that some may regard as literary in MD2188 rshowalter 4/12/01 10:52am ... where I wrote:

" the US knows how to train monsters fully as monstrous as the Nazis, in large part on the basis of procedures derived from Nazi handbooks that I have read -- techniques used to reduce the Kapos in the death camps to the horrific robots they became are thoroughly understood in the US military, and sometimes used, full force, on US military personnel."

I believe that I know these techniques well enough so that, if I was a different person, I could use them effectively. I've had some concern that some reading disability might be due to the same techniques, inadvertently but effectively applied. I've tried to let people know that, so far without success. If the point were understood, healings might be possible that are not available now.

Here are links, all but the last few from the NYT search engine that was once on this thread -- with all the difficulties that search engines have, and only partly checked by me. They are associations, not proofs by any means. Leads that might be followed up, to be verified, or discredited. In a form only staffed organizations could use, but that staffed organizations could use.
