Missile Defense

Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI all over again?

We can't solve everything with trials, though there must be some - and justice must be balanced. We need to sort out what happened, change what can be changed, and go on, and make the best of where we are. That best can be much better than today. That best can be very good.
