    Missile Defense

Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI all over again?

Moral forcing .... ? I get the picture .. 'bodies' that are built on a construct of lies and deception have to seek truth and accept it .. then they can move on, when they are reading off the same page, and everyone can accept a 'common' past.

I'm for truth ... more appetizing than lies!

The key reason I work. Especially concern for risk , risk that I hope is already reduced, because of work Dawn and I have done on this thread.

Risks are real, and not well assesssed:

But we can do better:

In clear: Lying is more dangerous than people think, and soaks up more attention than people know. We can do less of it. We can send in clear - the message, almost always, will be peaceful. And complex cooperation, now so often terminated with deceptive sequences, could happen more often.
