Missile Defense

Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI all over again?

On Reforming the Government

Merge the Department of Justice, FBI, CIA, DIA, and ATF. Move them all to a compound in Area 51 and post National Guard as sentries. Disband the IRS, lay off all employees and relocate them to their own "retirement" community in Area 51. (ibid)

If the three missile-heads went in different directions from the initial missile --- how would you catch them ?

On USA 'planning' interesting discussions emerging re lack of planning for POWER provision. In fact when the USA government were advised of the oncoming crisis in California - nothing much was done -

Raises the question - if the USA can't keep the power flowing, how will have the competence to catch 3 war heads travelling in different directions ?

Oh swell, not only a bit player, but not much of a scientist either.

excepting he's not exhibiting the mallicious tendency - as does Johnson here - raises the question as to why Johnson sticks around ..

Perhaps you can point him out...

That happens when the booster gets hit by the BMD laser...pieces go everywhere. Uncle Sam, Breyer Fox and Breyer Rabbit only get to catch them if they launched them. If that were the case, ther'd probably be some contamination in the brier patch but probably no big BOOMs.

Interesting that PUTIN was 'chosen' to be Leader of Russia .. .... perhaps the Yeltsin's Astrologer said 'Tonight's the Night' :)

The deposed prime minister didn't elaborate, but darkly refered to "others" being in the room during the notification of the change. As though Yeltsin's "retirement" wasn't quite voluntary.

I suspect it wasn't.

Timing is everything. So if Putin puts 3 war heads on one missile ..... and how would Breyer Fox, Uncle Sam, catch ALL three ... ?

No hope whatsoever of stopping Russia's ICBM's. Heck, in nothing else, the vast number of spies they have here would have the blueprint before the contractor did.
