    Missile Defense

Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI all over again?

Robert,

Every society has its own problems and ills. I am not here to defend or represent the Russia nor the Russian point of view. I just can't for many reasons including the fact that I was born and spent most of my life in Moldova and left Russia almost 30 years ago at 24. I am not a Serb nor have I ever visited the Serbia.

What I say is based on what I understand based on my observations and intuition.

The bombing of Serbia was in a sence the act of RAPE. It was directed by an allegedly rapist (and I more and more inclined to believe it), President. It was conducted by a nation striving for domination - based on my analysis of its actions and the trends and basic ideas of this society. This trend is not going to disapear. It can only increase for the reasons I have mentioned before: The American society values the domination above all. And those values will inevitably promote the "most fit" and adaptive to those values to the top.

This can't but help developing the corresponding "nation's genom". Whether anyone like it or not. I am sure it did not happen by design nor envisioned by the "founding fathers". But I am pretty sure that's the outcome, the side effect, the "colateral damage" if you wish.

Please note that the statistic I found most likely show just the peak of an iseberg and would indicate the much much bleaker picture of the reality. This country consists of a very large portion of recent immigrants who may not yet be affected by this. They still may believe and some fulfill their ascend based on a talent, very hard work, and sacrifice. Additionally, the rape is the least likely to be reported crime. Particularelly in a "puritanic" and church-going society. The real picture therefore must be just awefull. And this "Homo Americana" will spill its ever more developing raping insticts all over. Particularelly abroad where the risk of prosecution is smaller. Not incidently you can find so many rape or abuse related stories with US arm personal abroad. This is not an incident. This is the end result.

Believe me. This is an absolutly new idea for me to link the trends of society to the evolution of its "human genom". And as I stated before, I am pretty sure I am up to somthing very importand here.

in no way my post above is designed to offend the Americans as the nation. But I hope those who read it, should understand the consequences of the trends in the society. Just like it was so yeasy to create the NAZI monster out of law and authorithy obediend, deligent and hard working Germans, so it will be very easy to produce the brutal dominating rapist out of this conforming society striving for power and wealth.

How many time in our lives have we seen the positives turned out to become a terrible negatives in a conductive circumstances?
