    Missile Defense

Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI all over again?

I completely support Bush's NMD since:
(1). There are many countries have Nuclear and Missile weapons, they often threat to attack U.S and others;
(2). Unlike U.S and other democratic countries, some countries are autocratic, a few dictators can decide war, they do not care their citizen;
(3). Some dictators can hire some terrorists to attack U.S using missile-nuclear weapon; in the past years, many U.S Embassy are attacked by terrorists, eventhough, they died also;
(4). A few years ago, some dictators already said, they will attack U.S using their very small missile-nuclear weapon, every smart American should not forget their words, it is not a joke, it was published on their official news paper;
(5). As early as 1970's, some countries already did their research to develop laser weapon, install it in out space to attack other country's missile and satellites, when our congressmen and some scientists debate if we need develop NMD or not, some countries already sent some weapon in out space to test attacking other satellites, if it is NMD? It is!
(6). Old American should remember and teach young American: in 1957, before first satellite of Russia travelled in out space, not only all American did not know but also CIA, at that U. S was behind Russia a few years! If Russian discussed on their newspaper and Congress if they need to launch satellite or not? No! May be before US ends her "marathon" debating, some countries already complete their research how to destroy US missiles and satellites in out space, it will be too late when they launch NMD weapons into out space then US end her debating!
(7). Old American should remember and tell young American, what happened in 1961 in Cuba???
(8). We should discuss NMD with others, especially our friends, but the final decision can only be made by US citizen! Who care the safety of US? only US citizen!
( (9). We hope our smart friends understand: NMD will not only protect US, but also them! without NMD how they protect themselves from mass missile-nuclear attack! It is not a joke! So many countries develop missile-nuclear weapons cost so much money, why? put them in museum? If they do not care their safety why we do?
(10).Unlike democratic countries, in the dictatorial countries, if some citizen (including of famous scientists) against their government to develop NMD, they will be sent to jail or be sent to hell! this is why what they did no body knows, when we know it is too late;
(11). Why some body against U. S to develop NMD but they did? Because their technology is not as good as that of U. S, if they have NMD but U. S has no, then they can not only threat U.S. but also our friends! Wake up American!!!
(12). Yes, there are a lot of technic problem need to be solve for NMD, but if we do our best we can solve them absolutely, it is too late, when missile fall into New York city then we wake up and say:" oh! my God! what happen!?"
(13). Yes, NMD is very expensive, but we need to think about: money is more valuable or our life is more valuable?
(14). Supporting Bush, he is a nice and a responsible American President, when mass missile attacking happening, it will not just kill republicans, missiles do not

Cuba 1961 - see film "Thirteen Days" currently in cinemas.

On points 1-14 some could be disagreed with.
