Missile Defense

Russian military leaders have expressed concern about US plans for a national missile defense system. Will defense technology be limited by possibilities for a strategic imbalance? Is this just SDI all over again?

Yes, and if that isn't treasonous, it is incompetence and carelessness, and disregard for standards of judgement expected elsewhere, that has the same bad effects as treason.

Of communism it is said that lines of communication from top to bottom blurred. US defense organisational management has lost touch with changing purpose. Should ask (1) Who does it serve and why. (2)In which direction is it going. (3)What factors would give it advantage over national defense elsewhere. (4)Did it sack the redundant - if not then why not.
